is brownish spotting normal?

Last week I was actually bleeding but it wasn't heavy. Then about mid day yesterday it started to be brown spottin so I'm like did I find out I was pregnant before my last period actually came because I'm 5 weeks and I'm thinking I just had my period this month which is really my last.

    Call your doctor to be sure. He/she may want to run some tests, even some simple bloodwork to check your pregnancy hormone levels. You could be right about your period theory; it could be nothing. But it could also be a sign of problems, so when it comes to pregnancy, better safe than sorry. Best of luck, sweetie!

    Yea I took an hcg test and I have another one Wednesday I jus hope jus a sign of the actual bleeding lightin up hopefully by the end of the week ill see nothing
