How far along were you when you found out the sex of your baby?

I have an appointment March 7 and I'm hoping we can find out then, I'll be 14 wks and 3 days. My hubby deploys the next day so our fingers are really crossed! I really want him there!

19 wks. The tech told.me though that sometimes they can see as early as 13 wks but it depends how your baby is and how new the machine is

16 weeks, did the 3D/4D ultrasound yesterday, couldn't wait. Otherwise I had to wait til my 20 wk us checkup with my doc.
