How do you make the cinnamon tea and cumins tea im.going to try them.today???

1 T. cumin seed to one cup of boiling water, allow to steep for 5 minutes, then
drink. No more than 1 cup an hour per day.

I boiled 2 cinnamon sticks in 2 cups of water for at 12 mins....its pretty good! Didnt work only got 2 contractions
