I'm a FTM but I think labor is heading my way!
I'm 37 weeks and extremely uncomfortable. I toss and turn all night, no matter how much I sleep I feel restless, my back is killing me, I have lot of discharge (just white), my baby has definitely dropped, and I keep having contractions and pressure off and on. Sound like labor?

I actually had something similar like ya'll are describing happen to me last Thursday. I thought I was just feeling like crud more than usually Thursday but by Friday I was still having contractions off and on. They weren't very intense or able to really be timed. I was also having an odd urge to push every once in awhile. They ended up telling me I needed to go to l&d Friday morning just to make sure. I ended up staying overnight and had went into I guess false labor. My contractions were less than a minute apart but it was back labor. Well they ended up giving me medicine that knocked me right out(I asked for a heating pad...not medicine) and I continued to have contractions but they slowly died out and became much less intense. I ended up dilating to 2cm, 50% effed, but still in -3 station. They had told me in the beginning that if I had any cervical change that it was real labor...Well Saturday they told me it wasn't real labor even though I did have cervical change.
Anyways the point to all of this rambling is that if the contractions to continue it could just get really painful out of no where. That is what happened to me and I was glad I was already at the hospital just in case.
