I'm so unbelievably nauseous I can hardly keep any thing down is there any tricks or something to make it go away or ease it?

  • I have taken Phenergen, it made me fall asleep& caused real bad tummy aches so they took me off it. Put me on Zofran, its a lifesaver! Hope you feel better!
  • There's also a 'morning sickness survival kit' that you can order online. Has a lot of ginger items in it. It helped a lot. http://www.doulashop.com/products/morning-sickness-relief/morning-sickness-kit-deluxe.html
  • I believe vitamin b12 or b6, not sure which one. but its supposed to help with that.
  • You can try sucking on hard candy, peppermint may work best, and clear carbonated sodas...good luck hope you feel better soon. I had to get a prescription also, home remedies didn't last long...
  • Thank you Guys :-)
  • Sometimes chewing fruity gum would help...or italian ice...also my friend swore by these pressure point wrist bands you can get from cvs for about $10, theres also ginger gum doesnt taste to good but seemed to help. Goodluck!!!
  • Bannanas and different positions worked for my 4th pregnancy

  • I used to suffer really bad as well and still had to go to work... the things that worked best for me were: drinking sprite or ginger-ale, eating peppermints and eating minty gum. Or try eating bread, its supposed to settle your tummy.
  • Smell a lemon slice it worked wonders for me both my pregnancies. I would even squeeze 3 lemon slices into a glass of water and drink it that helped me so much too.
  • "Seabands" - they are the pressure point wrist things :-) They were the only thing that helped with my little guy. Good luck!
  • For this pregnancy I used seabands and chewed on sour candy. Those were life savers for me. Good luck and hopefully I will be over soon. My nausia stopped around week fourteen.
  • Seriously-order that morning sickness survival kit-it has all the things in it that everyone is mentioning all in one kit, plus the B6 comes in little melt away strips (similar to Listerine strips) so it dissolves, so you don't have to worry about getting a pill in you&keeping it down, since it dissolves on your tongue. The sea bands work as well, its mostly a combination of it all. If all else fails-ask your doctor for Zofran. I live on it.
  • Zofran worked wonders for me!
