So everytime I cough I have the worst pain in my lower stomach everytime is this normal or could something be wrong I'm 12 weeks well almost

I get it all the time when I cough, sneeze or am just rolling over in the night to get comfy.. It always goes away in a few seconds though

The first time I experienced this kind of pain I was laying on my back in bed and sneezed. It hurt sooo bad! I said ow kind of loud and my fiance came running to the bedroom all scared I'd hurt myself. He's adorable.

Now I know to bend my legs and curl a little on my side when I feel a sneeze coming.
