I have severe pains in my right shoulder and my right lower back and side :( it really hurts :(

    It's killing me, its got worse :( all down my shoulder into my back really Sharp and down my right bumcheek.. I'm sat in the toilet in Asda and don't wanna move coz of the pain..

    No im not sure what it is but I did talk to my doc and she told me it prolly juz a muscle. She said if it get worst I can try ice pack.

    Yeah.. popped into the pharmacist and she said she thinks its a sciatic nerve and to take paracetemol and try a hot water bottle but if it gets worse then go docs

    @islandgirl I'm 19 weeks and 2 days.. I'm in bad pain in my stomach when I walk too.. its all mad!

    Go get a prenatal massage. I got them and it helped TONS with the sciatic nerve pain!!
