dialated to 2.5 almost a 3...

Got checked today. My doc says that if I can get her head down, and engaged I will have my baby this week. Any one have any ideas on how to get this to happen? I am so tired, and just want to have this baby!!!

    You can get on your hands and knees and rock your butt from side to side. But not to be a downer I have been dialated to a 3 and 90% effaced and she is head down for 2 weeks and this is my 5th baby. Just saying.......I wouldn't her to excited. Bit of you do yay for you!!! I'd be jealous :"> lol

    @kkmommy she is not breach thank goodness!

    @momof6liones my thing is I have been having contractions for the last two weeks but she is to high for them to do anything! But because of the streingth of the contractions he says that if I can get her head engaged I will have her sometime this week. Which makes me very happy. I had the same problem with my first, he was to high, and I had contractions for a month before he was born. I am hoping to cut that time in half here by coing something to make her go down.

    @jtmoon98 thanks for the tmi. I never thought that could keep me from going into labor! bananas and oranges here I come!

    What helped me hun is getting in the squatting position and holding it for 3 minutes every 30 minutes. :)

    @mamamagz that's good, unfortunately I don't know how to get a baby to drop, I just know ideas for making them turn around...good luck I hope she comes soon, I'm miserable and want to be done also...
