Nose bleeds??

Im about 16 weeks pregnant and woke up this morning thinking my nose was running only to see now that it was actually bleeding? Im not stuffy, haven't been sneezing and definately wasn't digging around up there *yesterday* ha. I've heard of nosebleeds occurring in pregnancy but without any supporting symptoms?? HELP

    Yea there common I get them all the time. I hate them I actually just had one two nights ago

    Ill be 16 weeks Saturday,and for the past week or so I've been having a stuffy nose and nose bleeds. I read its common in this stage of our pregnancy because of the extra blood flow in our bodies,and also heart palpatations are normal too.

    Yaa! I've been feeling my heart palpatating strangely this week and swearing a heart attack is on the way... wow.

    I'm not sure if it has to do with how your laying,I just got scared when I started having nose bleeds,never had them my whole life. So I googled it,and its all perfectly normal.

    I get nose bleeds with every pregnancy and have never had one outside of pregnancy- what curious things our bodies do :-)

    Wow. Im not even stuffy!!! Guess I gotta deal with it though : / all for the peanut : )
