Throbbing feet

Omg I'm literally bout to cry!! Man I just went on a 45 min walk and I hurt so bad it didn't hurt bad until I sat down and its literally throbbing. I'm only 13 weeks.. Is this going on with anybody else or do you have any suggestions? I already tried elevating them, putting warm cloth on them, soaking them it's just not working

Could you take a warm bath? And maybe drink some cold water.

Girl they hurt when my bd touch them I almost slapped him n he didn't even hardly put any pressure to them

I understand them hurting 100% a hot bath should make u feel a lil better and elavation
