prayers for a friend

One of my very close friends is 30 weeks pregnant. At 19 weeks she went into the hospital with contractions, and they were able to stop her labor. Today she is back in the hospital because her doc said that the baby was under distress, and he wanted to have her attached to monitors to make sure the baby was alright, and if not they are going to induce labor. She could really use some prayers, as many as she can get. She is very worried that her baby boy isn't going to make it, or that there is something wrong with him. Please keep her in your prayers. Her name is heather, and baby boy is mavrick. Thanks all.

    Just to let people know, my friend delivered her baby tonight 4 lbs 11 oz. And a little over 18 inches long. He is in the nicu at the moment, but if all goes well in the next few hours they will let him go back in with his mama. She is doing well, and is totally in love with her baby boy.

    Maverick just got out of surgery, and is doing well. I'm not sure what the surgery was for, but I am guessing something to do with popping because she was super excited that he had popped for the first time just after surgery. Thanks every one for the prayers they are appreciated, and still needed.

    Maverick is off oxygen! he is also gaining weight. :D heather was able to brest feed him for the first time last night! The surgery was for pooping. His rectum had not opened fully, so thyey had to open it surgecally, other than that he was perfect. :) they are hoping to go home soon.
