I believe that anything you can not say/do while your spouse is in the room is considered cheating. I have been cheated on and from my experience hearing that my ex was just cuddling with a girl tore me up more than when I knew that he had sex with her....
To each their own on this subject but to me emotions are just as bad as physical. If my husband was telling some girl he missed her wanted to talk to her couldn't wait to see her he would be out. The ONLY woman in my marriage is me.
@chelseamarie ... I agree, my husband never actually kissed or had sex.. but we got into a horrible arguement (which is rare cause we NEVER argue... I mean never) I told him to get out.. that night he called an EX and they went and talked ... They talked about me and him the whole time but the fact that his ass was with her period! That was cheating ...
That was a while ago... And boy did he suffer dearly over it and sometimes still hears about it.
If your somewhere you're not suppose to be... Your cheating
Not saying you can't get passed cheating. Relationships take work and everyone is human and does dumb stuff... But after like the 3rd time.. come on people! It only takes 1 time to learn a lesson for both of you.
I think cheating is anything physical/emotional you wouldn't want to tell your partner or that you know would upset your partner.
If my husband was talking to another woman & saying he loved her... for me thats cheating. Anything physical is a give in lol But like if he is out with his friends and flirts with a girl well i hope he would respect me enough not to. I mean i know that i dont go out flirting with me because he is the only man i love & have eyes for.
Now him being hit on is different lol he can say thanks or tell her she is pretty blah blah blah but i dont see why if he is happily married he should be out right flirting with some woman. lol
My husband can flirt, have sex, whatever he wants. As long as his heart is mine and he's honest cheating for me would be him telling some one else he loves them.
@YNVtish thats not always true what if he just needed someone to talk to that he could not talk to you about I talk to my ex all the time (because he is best friends with my hubby) about stuff that I cant talk to my hubby about. Im with @beawesome me and my hubby have a really open relationship untell it comes the day were he says I love you to someone else besides family then that is cheating.. I also beleve that if they are sexing and you are not with them then they are only getting horny for you not who ever they are talking to now if you catch them doing it while you are there and they are not honest about it then that is cheating..
Getting an emotional attachment or anything physical is cheating to me. Flirting i dnt consider cheating I'm a natural flirt and so is he and we both know it means nothing and its just fun and something we both just do.
@angelmonkeymelody I dont agree. I feel as tho when you are married to someone, then that someone should be your best friend and you should be able to talk to them about anything! ::shrugs:: but to each their own....
I agree with @ashley_smashley .... If there are things you think you can't talk to your spouse about maybe THAT is what you need to talk about. No one should feel that they need to take issues outside of the relationship
I agree exactly with @ahendricks09. Wether it be looking at stuff on the internet that you go and delete the history individually to prevent some one from seeing or anything you wouldn't do with the other beside you.
Agreed with @Hupe23_1. I also believe, and this is strictly my opinion so don't attack me, it depends on how secure/insecure you are. I am completely secure in myself and thinks flirting and talking and communicating is ridiculous to consider cheating. It's more along the lines to emotional attachment and physical interaction.
@mscheyla exactly i think its simple if you wouldnt do it in front of them then its wrong and you shouldnt do it.. when it comes to cheating there is not in between either your cheating/cheated or not

If you can't say or do it in front of your spouse you shouldn't be doing it.
Flirting
Texting
Talking
Sex
Touching
Kissing
Emailing
Whatever!
If you put up with it...
You're approving it...
Those that know better...
Will receive better...
Cheating is black and white...
If you have to ask if its cheating...
It's 9 times out of 10th probably cheating...

It's time out for excuses!

Another thing I didnt see written is sexting. Sexting is most definitely cheating in my book.
you are many men's dream woman lol
