Birth is full of bodily liquids/matter. Trust me you won't know, and if you do you won't care at the time. Nurses are very very good at making it disappear like it was nothing. There is vomiting, urination, plus all the things that were involved with the baby being created coming out, poop is just one of many things. Not everyone experience those things some experience all, or just a few or none. Try not to stress about it -hugs- it will be the furthest thought from your mind when you're in labor.
If your not pooping your not pushing right. A softball is running down against your rectum if there is anything in there it has no choice but to come out
