constipated baby and breast milk?

Can anything you eat or drink make your baby constipated after they drink your breast milk? Cause my little girl finally pooped two hours ago, after not pooping since yesterday. And she usually poops around 4-5 times a day. And does caffeine affect the baby through drinking breast milk?

Breastfed babies poo different then those who are formula fed. A breastfed baby can go up to four or five days without pooping and not be considered constipated.
To know if your baby is having trouble pooping is if they show signs of discomfort and if when they do poo, their poop is hard.

My baby will go 3-6 days without pooping cuz she doesn't waste a lot of bm

@Cait_SeptemberMommy - ah ok, well just keep an eye on her if she isn't showing much discomfort and her poop isn't hard little pellets I wouldn't stress. If she does start to show some discomfort you can do the bicycle with her legs, or lay her on her stomach with her knees propped up under her so her toosh is in the air. And no prob
