I'm a first time mom and I was wondering can babies really start teething at 3 months old?? And if so how do you know they are teething?

Thanks ladies...I'm not so sure he's teething...he's been drooling a little more than usual but he doesn't have any of the other symptoms yet. He's just a whole lot more fussier here lately

My cousin was born with bottom teeth. My aunt couldn't nurse her.
