newbie with a head scratcher!!

Hi everyone and congrats to all that are expecting!
I just need a bit of advice and more just to be able to get it off my chest!!
I have now missed just over 2 periods. I have taken about 10 tests and all except 1 was a BFN the other had the faintest of positive lines which i must admit you did have to really look at it!
I have had some fatigue lower back and side ache and a bit of cramping! had a blood test today which should hopefully have results for as soon as tomorrow. Thing is i just don't know what to think and if blood test comes back as negative how do i go about working out when is best for me to try???

    When u ovulate...i would say if ur on birth control try right after u get off..

    Hi! Im not on birth control and i know it needs to be during ovulation but Im just not sure how to work it out if Im not getting a period.

    If its neg. Wait till u get a pd again & test when u ovulate
