Irritated!

edited January 2012 in VENT (keep it peaceful!)
I went to look at my data usage, and at the top it says I've used 429 minutes. I rarely use my phone! Telemarketers have been calling and I send them straight to Voicemail. I don't ever listen to my messages. Ever. I just go thru and delete them. I get about 7 or 8 voicemails per day from them. It takes me 2 minutes per day to delete them all. The effing telemarketers have used my minutes! Every Voicemail they left (however long they are) used my minutes! So now I have 271 minutes to last me the rest of my cycle. I'm going to figure out how to disable my Voicemail!

    Agreed with ashleyfew. If you answer and tell them you are on the list not to call again you can Sue if They do again.
  • It charges u minutes to call ur voicemail?
  • Never knew that lol
  • There's a place on the website where you can file complaints against them, isn't there? One of them said they were FROM the do not call registry. BULL!
  • @fate if you have another phone like a landline you can always check your voice mail by calling your cell number and pressing # and your pin when ur voice mail message starts. That wont use your minutes. You can also block up to ten #s from calling you by going online and entering in the numbers. Last resort you can call customer service and have them remove your voice mail feature all together.
  • @Fate it almost seems like answering your phone and chewing them a new one would use less minutes. :/
  • @blendidfamilymom We only have cellphones. And its way more than 10 numbers calling me. I will just disable Voicemail. Most logical thing to do.

    @RTMommy No kidding!
