How does it work?
I am trying to sell my cell phone and I posted it on craigs list
someone said they want to pay me on paypal
I do not have one and they say its safe and free
now im not so sure about it... I told them no thank u an sorry I can't do it
now I am curious what it is

    Haha!! You should have done it. I'm very experienced with it cause I sell stuff on eBay. It is a very secure way to send and receive money. All you have to do is go to their website and set up an account >:D<

    No, the money goes into your bank account, u can use it however u want.
