Hi, I was just thinking that maybe you should add a block/ignore user option. It might help prevent some of the unnecessary drama that people feel the need to fuel. For example someone feels they are/ or actually is getting bashed/insulted by someone they can just hot a button and everything they post goes away. I know you have alot going on and I don't know If this is even possible but I think it is a good idea.April 2011 -

I have been observing some inconsistancies with your mods. I have been a mod for other sites before, and I find their behavior rather disturbing on several points. They are not behaving in a way that encourages people to want to continue the use of this app, and website. I find their use of the term bashing highly inconsistant. When there is a real problem it is overlooked, and when people are expressing opinions they are being banned, or their threads are being shut down. I know that you have mods to keep abuse from happening, that is their job, and as the site has expanded you have need for mods, but they are not doing their jobs propperly. It is a real concern to me that the mods behavior is not being overseen the same way that the regular members behavior is being overseen. Please look into this. It is rather disturbing to me.April 2011

the more members that join, the more personalities clash. I think maybe when we log onto the forum it should go directly to our ddc? And if we need advice elsewhere we should search it? I feel like that would minimize fighting and help bond more with a smaller amount of people. Also, maybe have one moderator for each catagorie. That would minimize the workload on current moderators ever yourself, and keep things easier to be controlledMarch 2011 -
I have a suggestion. After a lot of criticism towards our other mediators recently I thought maybe we could switch up their roles. It appears to me that Mama Kat gives great advice and support for those in need, however her posts and comments can stirp up a lot of trouble. I think her strength is advice. Maybe have her as advice support. MrsDelRea seems to have a strength in knowing how to keep her composure and comment when appropriate and realty balance being a moderator and user. Maybe delegating seperate rolls to each would help with drama controll. Thanks for your time. March 2011-

Mrs4cAAlso another user mentioned maybe having our mediators have seperate screen names for personal posts. This also would help if her own post was getting out of controll. She could then step in and close discussion as mediator and nit have to wait untill the other logs in

Mrs4cThus happened to mama Kate the other night and she had no choice but to wait. It went on far to long and took away from other posts where girls needed advice. Their posts got hardly any responses.
