toddler meals
Ok..my daughter doesn't stomach cows milk well, but can handles dairy products at least cheese and butter, have yet to try yogurt.
She currently has a double ear infection so she hasn't been taking a bottle, but once she is better we will be trying to transition her onto soy milk.
What do I give her for lunch? Also how can I incorporate all the vitamins and stuff that she won't be getting through whole milk? Is Greek yogurt ok to give her? I know we will have to try because of dairy, but I didnt know if it was better than regular yogurt. Trying to make sure she gets all of those nutrients.
@mijita since you are nutritionist maybe you can shed some light on my question.

The reason many people who have a milk intolerance can eat other sources of milk products is because the milk sugar, lactose is fermented into lactic acid and takes on a different form. Their bodies no longer have to compete with digestion of milk sugars.
I say try goats milk. I think maybe your LO was just overwhelmed with the amount given to her. Start with a couple ounces at a time.
@ynvtish that's awesome! I think that's what I will do today.
@Angela1990 thanks! I've done tons of research myself. Her doc recommended we try it and then in a few months try cows milk again once her stomach matures a little more and gets use to all the food.
@morgdeebee ok thanks, I'll look for those. Do they come in like a 4 pack?
@natashalynn what are those? I've never heard of those.
