I forgot what i can take for...

Im sick. I woke up this morning and had a runny nose and my throat hurted a little. My throat doesn't hurt anymore, but my nose is like an open faucet and i feel so tired.
I had the list of medicines i can take but i misplaced it and its gonna take forever to find it. And since in pregnant, i don't want to take anything. Can anyone help?! I just wanna take some medicine, a hot shower and relax.

    Tylenol cold and flu is okay. Use in moderation. Vicks. Cough drops. Benadryl. Tylenol pm. Saline spray. Netipot.

    Yup what captivated said haha. I also find for sore throats gargling salt water a few times a day really really helps.

    @wilsomom @natashalynn Thank you ladies! My allergies are bad! I always get these really bad sinus headaches and runny nose. And if it last long enough it turns into strep throat. I hate it!

    @natashalynn i don't know what Im allergic to. And its sucks because I get sick like this all the time throughout the year. Last time i went to the doctor, i told him my allergies were starting to worry me. And i asked if there was anything i could do, or if there was anywhere i could go for further testing and all he said is that the humidity here in Houston was more than likely the cause of my allergies and the only way to cure this was if i moved out of the city...
    I just thought to myself "what an asshole". I may be allergic to something at home and i just don't know it. And it worries me because almost every time my allergies act up, i get strep throat... Im not a doctor, but Im pretty sure that's not healthy.
