bleeding after having a baby

ok so i had my son six weeks ago today! i bled for about 2/3 weeks then stopped the following week i had what i thought was a period this stopped on xmas eve no bleeding then all of a sudden tue 1st jan bleeding again! its random like i feel like i need the toilet and when i go and wipe there is bright red blood also twice i have seen 2 small clots tmi!! but then when i wear a pad there is never any blood on it! is this normal? has anyone else had anything like this happen?

    Sounds normal... It usually takes awhile to have your period back to normal. For me during a period i get clot like things too. So unless it's excessive i wouldn't worry. About it not being on a pad maybe the flow isn't strong enough.

    no pains! i had slighy cramp which i guessed was just period pain but nothing else @mommyof3girls

    If you're not on pain everything should ok. It sounds normal to me as well.

    Sounds exactly like how I bled, off & on for what seemed like 2 months!
