Its supposed to be extremely accurate so you look at your first child's hairline on the back of their head and if its pointy then your next child would be the opposite sex but if its straight then your next child will be the same sex as the child before... here's a link to the info

I hope its right for me if/when I have another child! Savanah's hair comes to a point and I want a boy so I can be done. But not for atleast another year so who knows if it will be right or not lol
