So needless to say, ive gotten off very easy as far as symptoms are concerned this pregnancy...but this second trimester i am really struggling with pretty bad headaches. Its almost an every other day thing at this point and the one today is killing. I am not one for meds during pregnancy (just a personal opinion) and even taking tylenol really bothers me, so i normally just tough them out. But i guess my question is if there is anyone that suffers from frequent headaches, and if so if they have any natural remedies they think work?? HELP, I DONT KNOW HOW MANY MORE HEADACHES I CAN HANDLE! lol

I had them bad wit all 3 pregnancys idk anythang natural my dr prescribed me sumthn for mine I couldn't handle it anymore lol

I read on pinterest u can rub vicks vapor rub on ur temples and forehead and they say it works... something to maybe try

I have them really bad but most the time its because for me its lack of caffeine or water.. I you're you find something that helps for you
