How much do you guys pay for rent, type of house, what side of town, and state or city? Were thinking about moving to a different state :)

    We pay $1100 in mortgage. 3bdrm, 3 level house. Middle class suburb.Renting runs about $800-$1000 here. In Chicago.

    But around us (Pocono area) in pa you can get a whole house really cheap. Some are five bedrooms brand new built...my aunt bought a house on a lake there for 120,000.00 its 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, Jacuzzi...each bedroom has a deck going out from the bedroom. Open concept kitchen. Really nice!

    788 mortgage for a 3 bedroom 3 bath. 3500 sq tt. Very nice neighborhood in the city. Kentucky

    We live in Sacramento, California and pay $1,200 a month for a 4bed, 2.5bath house with a pool. We're also very close to the river with levee acess about a half a block away.

    We are in a apt but getting ready to move. In So Cal really nice town mostly upper class 2 bedroom 2 bath apt it's $1135.

    Well, im renting a family member's apartment so i get the hook up lol ;)
    But, here in Houston the mortgage for middle class home is anywhere from $650-850. I've never heard anyone pay more than that for a middle class home. My mom pays $550 for a 4bed 1bath.

    $450 a month ..
    saving to get a house!
    you can get nice house built for less then $200,000 over in southern hills for a decent size..but I want an older home ..there's cool ones by Maryland n DI ..but that area is worse then where we live!
    I would love to move BUT I LOVE the heat in Vegas and pretty much all the weather year around! I wish it was more green as in recycling and surroundings.
    But my family is here :)

    Wow everyone pays so little I'm so jealous! I pay $1705 for a 2 bed 2 bath with loft and its an apartment
