Ours doesn't but my sil who used to live in the area also had this model but hers had a closet so when she sold it she was able to sell it as a 4b/2b.
600$/month mortgage, 2 bed, 1.5 bathroom, 1080sq ft. For a middle class area. But I'm in a small town about half hour from a big city (where we used to live) there it would of been 1000-1500/month for the same size.
@nameless no way my bf grew up on the east side. This is off topic but i wish the boulevard mall wasn't so dead. I used to love that mall. I wouldn't be able to live in an older home i would want it to be like 10 years old the most!
Love the old homes! 1940s..pshh probably won't happen..but the 60s 70s they were cool! The boulevard is soo ghetto..and seems run down..but whenever we do go to the mall..which is like never there. The galleria is always crowded and fashion show and meadows are to far . I love town square
I live in buffalo, ny and we just bought our first house. 3bdrm 1 bath 1300sq feet for $910 a month. It would be less but we have to pay mortgage insurance because we didn't put at least $10,000 down. Our taxes are high too. NY sucks lol don't move here.
