Question about home preg test results?

I poas this morning and I got a faint line but it was in the corner of the testing area, not where it usually is. I know the results are probably invalid & I need another test, but I just wanted to see if any of you other ladies came across this. I decided to test because I was peeing every hour the last two days & I have been crampy. I wish I knew how to post the picture.

If you want to email me the picture, I can post it for you (pm me for the email if you're interested). If the line was not in the testing area where it is supposed to be, it is likely inaccurate or an evap. I would definitely test again!

Well, no, I take it back. Because the control line is there, it is not invalid. The righthand corner is just dye/evaporation. It's negative/incorrect. I'd definitely take another.

No ma'am i have never gotten a result like this. I always use first response, and i always test after being 4-6 days late. Then again, I've only had to poas twice so i that's why i haven't seen much lol.

Mine looked similar but not as far over but pretty close and it was correct i was pregnant

@captivated Thanks for posting...I will take another but I'm guessing I'm not pg, hubby was working graveyard this month & we didn't have sex around my ovulation date. I just had a dollar tree test and thought why not. But then again, my period was off last month so I guess my ovulation could have been off this month.

I took another test today it was negative. I guess it was just a defective test. I'm disappointed, but at least I can have some drinks on my bday later this month. #silverliningsplaybook
