had first ultra sound 6weeks 5 days could doctor be mistaken?

I had my first ultrasound to tell me how far along.was I, the.nurse said.i am six weeka.and.five days but.the.heart beat was 154 is that normal or am I more.than.six weeks pregnant? I am trying to make.calculations.and I always.find myself thinking im more than six weeks..

    They tell u how far along u are by measuring the Baby and I'm not sure about the heartbeats because my stupid doctors didnt let me hear it.

    Yeah they did....i didnt hear the babys heart but they told.me it was 154...so I guess its good, I hope its good to be six weeks.and.five days!!!this is my first baby as you can tell, all of this is kind of new for me..but its exciting too!!!!

    I thought I was 8 weeks almost 9 when but then I had ultra sound and they said I was 6 weeks:( I have another us on monday

    My baby hearbeat was 136 and my dr said it was normal

    I was 6 wks 3 days when I had my first ultrasound and the babys heart beat was 150. I've had two other ultrasounds since and I'm still on track with my due date if that makes any senses. Hope this helps. Congratulations

    they never tell me the heart beat or how big the baby is I am 33wks on Sunday I am kinda angry I am going to the dr on 3/17 I am going to ask him how fast the baby heat is beating :-W

    I've had 3 ultrasounds and each latter one was more correct and near the date I thought I was.so I think its hard to tell when baby is really tiny.also conception can be weeks after sex.good luck

    Each time I visit my midwife I hear the heartbeat it is between 140 and 150 and that's been consistent up until now, i'm 37 weeks and 2 days so I would just go by the estimate the doctor gave, my due date was assigned at my first ultrasound but that was at 14 weeks 3 days, if you are concerned just voice your worries at your next appointment. :-)

    Heartrate is normal. As for how far you are, early ultrasounds are extremely accurate! Only off by a day or 2. Later ones can be 2+ weeks off. So yes if baby measured 6 weeks 5 days, that's how far you are :)
