Photo editing software

What photo editing software do you use? I'm wanting one for Mother's Day but there are so many!! I don't want to overspend when I can get one that does the exact same thing for cheaper.
Please help me out!!

    I don't use software, I use ipiccy.com for free. But if ur looking for something that is super drastic and stuff then a software program is probably best :)

    I use Photoshop but its quite expensive. I only have it bc I do freelance design. My friend gave it toe bc I was doing some work for his company. Otherwise I wouldn't have bought it. But you can do a ton with it.

    I use Gimp... But Adobe Photoshop is really good and I recommend it, but if you want something free try Gimp. It 100% free and no 30 day trials.
