What can I take for a headache

I just never have taken anything for one so I don't remember :(

    Chug a Gatorade...and drink a lot of water. Hydrating helps a lot with headaches.

    When I have really bad head aches while I'm waiting for the Tylenol to kick in I tie my rope tie thing around my head as tight as it goes! I swear it works!

    Peppermint oil mixed in a carrier like coconut oil. Then I rub on my temples. Works every time for me!
