advice is needed

So my 4 month old daughter just started acting weird. She's been swallowing very hard and if its been a while since she ate and its as if she can't catch her breath. She has also been refusing to sleep for more then 20 minutes at a time. Has anyone had a baby like this? Any idea what's wrong or what will help?

    I would take her in to ther er it sound like her throat maybe hurts and maybe she's getting a cold

    @2lilblessings I'm keeping an eye on her for tonight I'm planning on calling doc in morning, would go to er but also want my oldest to get her sleep and we live about 25 minutes from the hospital, thank you

    Does she have a cough or congestion? Could be allergies or a cold and her throat is bothering her
