worried about things I've done b4 bfp

Hi ladies! I had a bfp two days ago and it was completely unexpected. I was on the birth control pill. I have drank alcohol, rode roller coasters on two different occasions repeatedly, and continued my birth control until the day I found out I was pregnant. I thought the BC was throwing my period off a couple days but tested just to be sure and sure enough.. bfp! I am terrified my baby will not be OK with the activities I've done before knowing.

    I had similar issues with this pregnancy. I was on meds and had a CT scan before I found out. My fetal specialist told me that trauma such as the ct scan and roller coaster at this age in pregnancy has an all or none effect. If it had an effect on the pregnancy the I would had miscarried but since I didn't the the baby is fine. But with different meds you might want to talk with your ob. He might required more blood work or . Ultrasounds. Alot of women drink before they find out there Prego but again if your worried you can follow up with a health care provider. I know your probably really worried but try to take relax. I hope everything goes well for your pregnancy. Good luck

    Thank you so much. I'm trying to tell myself I would have miscarried by now if the rolletcoasters were going to have any effect. That's my main concern. Well and the BC doesn't help my worries

    Its still tok early to have any effect like @hssweetie21 said. Just focus on now, and congrats!

    With my first I had x rays before I found out. I was super worried and kept asking the dr and they said I would've miscarried but I was still worried. Thankfully she was born healthy and no problems :) im sure your baby is ok !

    In all honesty i doubt that the rollercoasters you rode would have any effect on you. is way too early in my opinion, but who knows.. im no expert lol. :-?

    Congrats! I drank a whooooooleee lot right before I found out I was pregro w/my very healthy daughter lol.(she's almost 2)
    I mean a lot.. new yrs.bdays and open bars hahaha

    I drank a beer or two almost every day for over a month straight. Turns out I was pregnant. But didn't know until I was 10 wks along. He came out a healthy baby. My friend just recently found out she was pregnant at 3 months along and she partied it up hard in Vegas for 4 days straight before she found out. The baby looks pretty healthy as well. The way I see it. Back in the middle ages women were drinking ale with every meal while pregnant. Don't make it right but they were still having healthy babies. So I'm sure your baby will be just fine!
