inner thigh pain...?

I'm 28 weeks and for the past few days I've noticed that my inner thighs are starting to hurt more and more. I thought maybe stretching would help but it doesn't at all. They feel like they would if you didn't work out for a long time and then decided to go to the gym randomly. Anyone experiencing this or know what could be causing it? Anything I can do to make it feel better?

  • I am 35wks and am feelin the same way :( its no fun. I soak in the tub and try to keep my feet elevated when I'm not on them. It seems to help a lil...

  • I'm 25 weeks and have been experiencing what I cmwoykd describe as a pulled muscle feeling in my groin. I was at the doctors Thursday and he said it is pulled muscles from your pelvic bones seperating and the muscles trying to keep them together. He told me to try not to strain the muscle like when getting out of bed, instead of swinging one leg to the side and then the other, try swinging both at the same time. It works for me. I hope this was helpful ladies!!
