i need advice!!!!

My mom is pushing my child's father away and its killing me and if say something to her its not gonna be in a nice way....my babyshower is coming up and I really want him and his family there but I don't need her to be rude towards them...and she is not even the one throwing the shower...

    In that situation all you canreally do is have a talk with your childs father. Aske him not to get his feathers ruffled and take itpersonal.explain tohim that despite your mother you need him and hopes it gets better. Really moving onyour own is the onlyway to eliminate the issue. But that is much easier said then done.by chance, are you having a girl?

    I barely get to see him and the stuff I want him to be at he can't be there we live far from each other and I can't move there yet bc I don't wanna go into labor while on the interstate lol

    Make sure they sit on separate ends of room at babyshower. I will be doing that for my wedding. My dad hates my grandma...

    To be honest I haven't seen my inlaws in over a month I can't stand them and I'm preggo dont wanna deal with it. But your the preggo one he should be there for u and to support u and be the bigger person and ignore you mom for a day. For you!

    well from my job to wherever we would live its a hour drive...I'm talking if we did start lving together and near my delivery date I'm skeptical of the drive

    @kerrideeRN its funny bc we been together almost 5 years...he has left my side yet so I just don't understand why she don't get tht...I kant talk to her bc I say ish the wrong way

    When my sister had her baby shower, her bd fam sat on one side, n my family sat on one side. It was pretty uncomfortable. After my nephew was born. They broke up cuz my mom made it so uncomfortable for him to come, over the house. My mom didnt even go to the babyshower. But its ur day, try not to stress about the lil things. If u let ur family get in the way of ur relationship it it can destroy it. But best wishes
