ttc... but maybe skipping for dec! ?

Although I want so badly to become a true mommy... I am feeling as though I should not try in March due to not wanting a Christmas baby! LOL I just 1. Don't want my child to get "jipped" out of a birthday and 2. Don't want to spend one of my favorite holidays in the hospital. LOL is that silly?

Really when it comes down to it we'll leave it up to chance since its been taking some time but... wondering if anyone feels the same? I guess there's Good and bad to being a Christmas baby...

    i felt the same about it so your not the only one, but due to mydays and mylast af ild be due the 9th so hoping will come around then or not to late if i concieved this month, plus if u concieved now hun least u would have more chance of being out b4 xmas where as if u dident then concieved next month uld be like 8 mnths and fed up over xmas lmao xxxxxxx

    I feel the same way. If af is on time and I concieve this month baby would be due right at Christmas. Hopefully af won't come this week and I won't have to worry about it. :)

    I would be due around the 11th... but with your first you can often be a week late or so... but I guess if all was well it wouldnt be on Christmas/Christmas Eve. LOL really... I will leave it up to chance BC I too Just would love a healthy baby... good to know ppl also have this thinking though! :) Thanks girlies.

    @twin_angels My daughter (who is now 7 yrs. old) was 5lbs. 10 oz. full-term so I don't know about a chunky baby! LOL As long as she/he is healthy. I can't wait until I get into my 2ww. My woman log app says 20-26 so i'm just waitin on the days to pass :-ss

    I was goingto skip march but I got pregs in jan. Id wait... xmas babies are always bitter about it.

    I was going to skip March as well. My husband's birthday is the 23rd of December and it's hard to get people together. He also got the "this is your birthday and christmas present" crap. Luckily I got pregnant in Feb after a chemical. Nov 5 here we come!

    @sgbelcher & @potato yes that's exactly why! It's tough to have a bday in December... but my friend did say for her brother the Fam was always around. Issue is, kids rather friends! LOL tough stuff.... with my luck I'd get preggers in April and go early on Christmas day! Hahaha

    What's a girl to do?!?!

    Yeah well good luck NOT ttc. I thought the same thing for another month but I just couldn't help myself when my fertile period came! Let us know if you really end up holding out.

    @pebblesmommy haha! That made me laugh... my goodness I can't hold out for a month, I'd just have to use protection ;) which stinks but we had to do it for a yr when I moved out here BC the ring was way more and the pill didn't work well for me.

    Again, after my MC its not happening So easy so I guess if its meant to be, it will be. After all... I was 2 months early... so timing doesn't always work out!
