Ok so during the summer of last year I was switching birthcontrol around my sins b-day. During that time we were being careful and using condoms. And 7 weeks later I hadn't started my new birthcontrol cuz I hadn't started yet and we were STILL using condoms when I took a test and it came back positive. I'm happy for a little girl this time, but I really wished it would gave waited...am I a bad parent for thinking that when I know there are people that would do anything to get pregnant?

    You are not a bad parent for feeling that way. The baby I am carrying now was conceived while I was on birth control. I was in denial for a few days before I took a test because I knew what my nausea, sore breasts, exhaustion and missed period meant. I didn't want to face it. It was hard to be excited for a while because I didn't want another one..... Not to mention I wasn't thrilled about feeling like crap.

    I felt guilty that I wasn't as excited as my hubby or kids for a while but I have since come to accept that some things are just bigger than us. Even though this baby wasn't a part of my plan, there was a reason I have been blessed with him/her. I am finally starting to get excited! Now I can't wait to find out more about this baby and can't really imagine not having another one.

    My son is almost three . He turns three in Feb. And now I'm having a girl due June and I love her so much ! But I was going to wait til my son was five. Just because we have all these life plans. I can still do them its now just with one more baby :) I hear you though ! Don't feel bad. Life throws surprises at you. I was just about to get the uti put in. Lol wish you the best!

    Oh and I got pregnant with my first while I was on birthcontrol lol the doctor said it happens :) if its meant to be it will be! I was meant to have two very beautiful surprises ! :)

    Yeah with my first we weren't using any kind of control and we were having sex for 3 years before it happened. This one we let off the birthcontrol but still used condoms and I was prego a little over a year after my first. It's crazy. I'm very happy to finally have my 1 girl and 1 boy, but if my man comes near me before I get an iud I might do something drastic lol
