Ugh I feel sick

At 4 weeks should I feel this way? My lower back hurts (i think this is do to my bed lol) I always wanna eat! But wen I eat I feel sick but havent threw up! And im sorta constipated... And im having pelvic cramps

    I been feeling this way since last week and im only 4 weeks too..soo different from my first pregnancy lol ughh

    Right this my third lol and I was sick my first but not second and dis one already seems like its gone b a looong 9 months =P~
