protein shakes??

Okay, I can't seem to stomach a lot of meat, so I know I'm not getting enough protein. Does anyone know if protein shakes are ok while pregnant? If so, what kind do you like? I had an appt today, and of course I forgot to ask lol.

I have been drinking protein shakes now for 4 weeks..and they work great! Plus i don't feel so sick.

Ps-any kind of vanilla ones for me. Walmart has great eas protein shake mix for cheap.
