what is the difference between geritol and other prenatal vitamins?

    Geritol is a multivitamin wit all nutrition needed for the body....m it helps cervical mucus I jus started using it....ill let u know ..I heard tons of success stories n old ppl call it baby n a bottle..lol I hope ;)

    Geritol is a multivitamin-iron supplement,my best friend was taking it because she's anemic,and ended up preggo 2 months later. Good luck @stareyez & @mommyof3girls
