  • Go to allrecipes.com and search for Arkansas Green Beans. They're sweetened with soy sauce, brown sugar, and bacon. So good!
  • By the way.....YUM! I love veggies! :)
  • Try them with a yummy veggie dip. I'm Mexican so I loooove my spicy food...I love slicing a cucumber, squeezing a lemon over and then put some chile powder on top...so yummy :)
  • I like edamame, they're like soy beans, I salt them up and eat them like peanuts. Or carrots with ranch. Or I like to stir fry meat with green beans and carrots, you can't really taste them that way..
  • Try them raw, steamed, roasted, or cooked w other foods. You can put any seasoning on veggies.

  • Cucumbers wit ranch dip
  • Try pureeing them and mixing them with your favorite foods, great for pasta sauce and mac n cheese.
  • Please don't talk about me........I hate milk too! I haven't had milk since I was about 4 . I eat my cereal with ice cream. Lol! The doc told me to eat plenty of yogurt, but I never thought about the verge juice.
  • We eat the california veggies frozen...we put olive oil in a pan and cook until almost done sprinkle garlic salt and a lil sugar its the only way I can get my 15yr old to eat veggies

Can you stand lettuce? You could make a salad out of just about anything. You could make a salad with veggies you don't mind eating and then add fruit, nuts, croutons, tons of salad dressing...whatever you want!

  • The "trick" with salad is to put some meat in it. Otherwise you'll have to eat a humungous bowl just so you won't be hungry 10 minutes later. Get darker greens like FirstTimeMommyToBe suggested.
  • I love broccoli and cauliflower with low fat cheese sauce...mmmmm
  • I love veggies :D I like eating celery with peanut butter and raisins, apples with peanut butter, carrots with light ranch, etc. A good way to get veggies is by making chicken and dumplings. I got my recipe from Fannie Farmer Cookbook. Its full of veggies, but you get meat and delicious dumplings too. Potatoes are always great :D the only bad thing about veggie juice is that there's no fiber, so the sugar hits you instantly. Drink it and eat a piece of high fiber bread or a bran muffin.
  • I love any vegetables especially broccoli in a variation and green beans sauted in a lil garlic and a hint of spaghetti sauce.

  • I used to love my veg but have gone right off it in the past couple of weeks. Try filled tortilini with a basic tomato and basil sauce. Boil some small pieces of broccoli and mix it it. Or try roasting peppers onion and sweet potato with some olive oil, sale, pepper and crushed garlic. Have on the side of anything :-)
  • Cheese on them. I love veggies I eat them so much I get sick of them plain. Try vinager on green beans, tons of butter and pepper on all veggies. Don't make them mushy. Get steam in bag kind. Mix them in foods like chicken Alfredo, eat baby carrots and broccoli uncooked dipped in ranch. Cheese wiz on broccoli, carrots, green beans is sooo good
