What should I do?? (pain)

I am have a sharp head ache type pain ,crampy, sick to my stomach, and honestly dont feel right. Also I had a small amount of spotting this morning... This is my 4th pregnancy and I dont remember any of this.... What should I do?? Bf wants me to go to the er... Help..
