fever during pregoness

What can I do or take to cure my fever? I've been taking tylonal but its not helping.

    Only take tylenol!!! I've had a slight fever as well, about 99-100 since I got pregnant...apparently it happens to a few of us! My doctor said to take tylenol, and not let my fever get above 102...also to not take more than 4,000 mg in a 24 hour period - but I would call and talk to your doctor. They are there to answer your questions!

    @homebirthadvocate its highest was 100.7 but I feel like Im burning up and then my temp dropped to 98.9
