For me it always go fast u push a couple times n it comes right out n dr checks to make sure its all there n then they stitch u if needed n clean u up.

Honestly after birthing a baby, its nothing. I didn't even realize it was out cuz I was looking over at my new baby girl. Plus if you have an epidural, then u are still numb
