Have fibroids growing with baby

As with my first pregnancy, I have fibroids growing with the baby. Only 9 weeks, but I look like I'm nearly 4 months. Any others experiencing this? October 18th due date.

    I was told I had fibroids too but they said I was okay it shud shrink after birth.

    Hello, I also have fibroids and yes my tummy seems a little bigger than it should be but here is my question for you ladies. Are any of you experiencing pelvic pain and mild cramps because of the fibroids?

    @Karla_with_a_K a fibroid is kind of like a fatty growth that some women get. And I have been experiencing the stomach cramps. Quite uncomfortable.

    @yungmommywt2, yeah they do shrink after the delivery. they did after my first child.

    @luvnmybaby, the cramps are constant now. Before I had my first ultrasound I thought I might be having twins.

    I have a large fibroid on the left side of my uterus. It is on the outside of my uterus. I can feel that my baby bump is lopsided, bigger on left side. I dont have any cramping or pain though.

    @2ndtimearound, how far along are you? I have about 4 fibroids in varying sizes. All on the outside as well.

    @metabutterfly Im 14 weeks, my doctor told me that they can cause pain during preg but so far i havent had any. I have more fibroids im not sure how many but they only talk about this one cause its so large.
