lower back and striking pains in front sides

I'm 8 weeks. But I have lower back pain which I think is caused by my horrible bed, and baby as well. But the front pains are kinda like cramps or punches or needles. Usually around the lower abdomen and kidney area. But no problem to pee, none at all. But TMI, when and after farting its not like a release, its not too painful but not comfortable. Anyone have this? Or had it?

    I am 9 weeks today, I have cramping, punching, needles to. I have ibs and ic so. Not sure if it because of that. I am aldo constipated and have pain from that. My body does not like fiber so I take colace.

    @maggie maybe...its been a day and a half. Past week its been daily. But still had this. Maybe more iron is what I need?

    I wish I could have a bowel movement daily. Mine are every 2 to 3 days

    @jodi102011 I hear for a normal person that's not too bad. But maybe the constipation is key. They said it will only get worse.

    Yeah I know but it super painful. I have delt with this even before being pregnant so I know its going to a whole lot worse.

    @ckazfirst Does it feel like it could be trapped gas? I'm only 6w4d and I get trapped gas pains just about every day - it usually hurts in my lower back and under my ribs. Dr told me I can take GasX - I take one and it usually goes right away.

    @hopefulmom2be, I may nwed to try that. When I am gasy that when I know I will eventually have hardbowel movement. Sorry tmi

    It's down near my kidneys and near my hips. But right before I fart it hurts down near my lower sides. But trapped gas can be it. Never thought of that.
