abdominal cramps

I found out on St. Patty's day that I'm pregnant. Not exactly sure how far along but I have an ultrasound Tuesday since I mc 3 years ago. Every morning I get lower abdominal cramps but usually end up having a bm. Does anyone else get this? Sometimes it worries me but my Dr said it could just be gas or constipation.

    I would have to agree with doc. Could be just gas building up. As long as there is no bleeding I wouldn't worry to much.

    I havent had any bleeding. I'm hoping the ultrasound on Tuesday can tell more.

    I have the same cramps n my doc said the same thing so I'm trying not to worry

    I'm glad I'm not the only one. It's just weird that it happens almost the same time every morning.
