Baby shower after having twins?

I'm torn as to whether or not to have another shower. To me showers are more then just gifts but also a time to celebrate the pregnancy with everyone before baby comes. I had twins 3yrs ago so I pretty much have everything except basics bottles, paci's, clothes if it's a girl and stroller and car seat. Is it inappropriate for me to have another shower?

    No.. why should you only celebrate first pregnancy and not the rest?? You could specify what you NEED in the invitation.. or just ask ppl to bring diapers and wipes
