  I'm bad for sinuses as well. At one point years ago I was so blocked I popped an ear drum. I had to major sinus colds while I've been prego I battled it as much as possible. Tylenol for the pain and was told I could take dymatap. Hope that helps. Oh and a salt solution spray for your nose.

  I use a metro pot. I got mine from whole foods. The plastic one from walmart is not a good kind. Its kinda gross but really works and its just water and a little salt. U get sinus infections way too much! Hope this helps

  I have blocked up sinuses. It makes me sleep with my mouth open all night which dries my mouth out. At first it was just annoying, but now the middle of my upper lip is splitting. Soon I'll look like a Kitty.

  Ladies! I'm excited and sad that I'm not alone on this. I was told the other night, by baby's daddy, that I was breathing awfully heavily the other night...I lmao! And said you think?! I have a netti pot, but find it very uncomfortable to use, but after this bout I'm going to give it another try.@momof2wantinga3rd I know how the whole auto correct thing goes, lol and when I first read your comment I was thinking jeez, she's right I do get way too many of these!! Hahaha. Anyway, I work outside and I don't believe that helps me at all. I did break down and I took a sudafed, approved by my Dr. of course!!, and that so far has helped the most. Good thing my Dr. has a sense of humor and it takes a whole 5 min to diagnose my sinus issues. Good luck ladies!! I wish you all clear sinuses! :-D
