if u have a hernia from ur first pergnancy can it affect ur second?

So after I had my daughter 5 years ago I had to get a cyst removed from my ovary and the doctor found a small hernia in my stomache is that going to affect this pregnancy?

    @charity87 I'm in da same boat!i had mine since i had my son 7 years ago.mines is right above my navel.I'm currently ttc after a m/c..n i want to kno the same thing

    I had a hernia after my first. I had no problem with my second. The doc fixed it during my second c sec. Now with this one I have two hernias. These I feel a little more but not that bad as before I was preggers. The doc says the preg. Actually helps it becuz it stretches the muscle and doesn't allow it to bulge as much.
