  I also see it as law-na but it is really pretty spelled like that. Is that pronounciation what u were going for?

  Yay! I'm so excited. My boyfriend and I have been struggling to find a name we both like. And when I found this one I didn't like the original spelling because it is so easily misread. So he came up with this way.
  
  It is indeed pronounced Lawna!
  
  The normal spelling is Lana, like Lana Lang, but I think this is easier to read and it doesn't make a not so nice word backwards!
